Neal Crocker, Head Student Support and Appeals from the NSW Board of Studies Teaching and Educational Standards (BOSTES) will deliver this seminar. The presentation will focus on the rationale and the process of applying for Disability Provisions for HSC examinations. By attending this seminar teachers, executive and Learning Support personnel will have a better understanding of the Disability Provisions Program. They will be able to evaluate more effectively the need for submitting an application for individual students and to ensure that their applications provide the appropriate supporting documentation.


Professional Association for Learning Support , through the Professional Teachers’ Council NSW – Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards (BOSTES) (formerly the NSW Institute of Teachers) as the endorsed provider of Institute Registered professional development for the maintenance of accreditation at Proficient Teacher level.


Scope of Endorsement:

All Standards of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers at the level of Proficient and Highly Accomplished teacher.

Standards 1-6 of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers at the level of Lead teacher.
