You can complete on-demand professional learning as an individual – completing professional learning when it best suits you – or as a school or clinic.  If you enroll as a school or clinic your team can have access to the course to complete in team meetings, after school or twilight professional learning!!

As words get longer, so does our spelling headache. Not anymore! In this course we will show you some clever strategies for teaching polysyllabic words, as well as words that contain silent letters and yep- schwa! We will end the course with a demonstration of how to teach 2 syllable words and all their tricky bits!

Double or Nothing: The doubling rule

To double or not to double. Now that’s an interesting question. In this course, we show you how to teach the doubling rules when adding a vowel suffix in a really simple way. We will look at how we can make this less overwhelming for students and set them up for success! Then we extend that to look at 2 syllable words and clarify how to teach this rule for those more complicated words!
